Implantation with immediate loading

Implantation with immediate loading is one of the innovative methods in modern implantology, allowing the patient to restore a lost tooth in a very short amount of time. The essence of the procedure is that within a single visit, it is possible to extract the tooth (if present), place the dental implant, and fix a temporary crown onto the implant.

This method is used only in cases where the bone structure is healthy and high primary stability is achieved upon implant placement. Under these conditions, the implant is fixed firmly enough in the bone to allow for the immediate attachment of a temporary plastic tooth.

The main advantage of immediate loading is that the patient does not have to remain toothless. After the procedure, the patient leaves the clinic with a temporary tooth, ensuring both aesthetic and functional comfort in daily life.

The temporary construction is used until the full integration of the implant. After the biological union of the implant with the bone—which takes an average of 3–4 months—the final, permanent crown is attached. This permanent crown is characterized by high durability, natural aesthetics, and full chewing function.

At “Dens” clinic, implantation with immediate loading is performed using modern protocols and high-quality materials, ensuring treatment safety, precision, and a natural, long-term result.
