Dens has been awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate
The dental clinic network “Dens” has officially been awarded the ISO 9001 international standard certificate, confirming that the quality management system implemented in the clinic complies with international requirements. This certificate is one of the most significant international recognitions, validating the efficiency of the organization’s activities, service standards, and continuous quality control.
The official award ceremony took place on January 15 as part of the “Dens” New Year’s event. The ceremony was attended by friends of the clinic, patients, and representatives of partner organizations, who together celebrated this important professional achievement for the clinic.
To mark this significant day, Arthur Bagdasarian—a World Health Organization (WHO) expert in the field of healthcare and an auditor for AB Certification in Eastern Europe and Africa—paid a special visit to Tbilisi. During his speech, he particularly highlighted the systemic and consistent effort the “Dens” team dedicated to implementing international quality management standards and achieving this high recognition.
The acquisition of the ISO 9001 certificate once again highlights the scale and professional standards with which the “Dens” dental clinic network has been operating in the Georgian medical market for 27 years. This certificate means that every process in the clinic—from patient reception to the completion of treatment—is strictly organized in accordance with international quality management principles.
Granting the ISO 9001 certificate represents a significant milestone in “Dens’s” continuous quality development process and reaffirms the clinic’s commitment to offering patients modern, safe dental services that meet international standards.
